1. About Tonglen4All

Tonglen4All creates handmade, made‑to‑order flags and related goods. Each item is crafted individually with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our products, certain policies differ from mass‑produced retail stores.

You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.


3. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.

  • An order is considered accepted once production begins.

  • Tonglen4All reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other issues.


4. Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

Most Tonglen4All products are made to order. This means:

  • Production begins shortly after purchase.

  • Variations in color, texture, or alignment may occur due to the handmade process.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.


5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Tonglen4All reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance.

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • Tonglen4All is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Tonglen4All’s return and exchange policy is available on our dedicated Return Policy page.

Key points:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Exchanges are available only for incorrect or defective items.

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Custom and personalized items are non‑returnable.

All designs, images, text, and content on tonglen4all.com are the property of Tonglen4All. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.


9. User Conduct
